Testimonials
"I enjoy working at the Peter St. location as it is conveniently located in the heart of the entertainment district and all forms of public transit is within walking distance. The building is well maintained and business friendly as it is filled with tenants which we service in our industry. The management is always helpful, courteous and responds to all matters in a timely fashion."

"After facing a significant rent increase at the end of our lease, we undertook a search for new office premises. Our agent, Matthew Johnson from Colliers, recommended that we consider 111 Peter Street for a number of reasons including the location, updated premises, tenant mix, competitive rents and most importantly, a highly regarded management and maintenance team. We visited the building, met and spent time with the staff and spoke with a couple of tenants. We took advantage of the services of the landlord's space planner, who, after a very thorough consultation, designed a layout for us that met with enthusiastic approval from all of our staff. We negotiated a very competitive lease, engaged the building contractors and moved in ahead of schedule. As we near the end of our 1st year in our tenancy, I can confirm that our expectations have clearly been met. The building is well maintained, management and maintenance staff are friendly and responsive to our needs and we are enjoying the location. We are very pleased with our choice of premises here at 111 Peter Street and look forward to a continuation of a very positive landlord - tenant relationship."

"Earth Day Canada is no stranger to the 111 Peter Street neighbourhood. In fact, our offices have been within easy walking distance of 111 for almost 15 years. The differences between 111 and our previous locations are obvious. The other buildings may have been "quaint and had character" but they also shared other common characteristics - stifling heat in the winter from the ancient boiler system, constant fighting for the freight elevator (when it worked) from the tiny rear access lane, along with disturbing noise that traveled through the porous wood floor. There was no recycling and garbage disposal was the responsibility of the tenant. 111 Peter Street works and it works well. Modern, three bay loading dock, even, reliable heat and air conditioning, quiet, modern and airy space, recycling and janitorial service and a management staff that quickly and efficiently responds to calls. Best of all, for a frugal charity like Earth Day Canada, 111 Peter costs less money per square foot, for much better space, than our previous locations."
