New Tenant Checklist
'Welcome to 111 Peter Street'
- Please book the freight elevator two weeks prior to your move in date.
- Please call the property manager to arrange for a storage unit if it is applicable to your lease
- Proof of insurance must be submitted to the management office prior to your move in date
- Please contact the management office with your list of employees who need access cards.
Two suite keys will be handed out to the tenant.
- Please contact the property manager to order your suite signage two weeks prior to your move in date.
