New Tenant Checklist

'Welcome to 111 Peter Street'

1. Book the freight elevator two weeks prior to your move in date.
2. Please call the property manager to arrange for a storage unit if it is applicable to your lease
3. Proof of insurance must be submitted to the management office prior to your move in date
4. Contact the management office with your list of employees who need access cards. Two suite keys will be handed out to the tenant.
5. Contact the property manager to order your suite signage two weeks prior to your move in date.
