General and private offices

1. Furniture will be damp wiped or washed to remove finger marks or other soil, weekly.
2. Wall hangings, tops of doors, high ledges, high cabinets, wall clocks will be dusted, weekly.
3. Window ledges will be damp wiped, weekly.
4. Finger marks or smudges will be removed from partition glass, walls and other painted surfaces, weekly.
5. All bright work including push plates and kick plates will be cleaned, weekly.
6. Floors will be spray buffed, weekly.
7. Carpets will be thoroughly vacuumed from wall to wall, weekly.
8. Telephones will be cleaned and sanitized, weekly.
9. Vertical surfaces, i.e. Sides of desks, chairs, tables, and filing cabinets will be dusted with a treated cloth, monthly.
10. All venetian blinds will be dusted, monthly.
